Look up a client or a deal in Raynet
You can find a client, a deal or an activity in Raynet without leaving Chetty, and choose which Raynet identity your work is written under.
The page only reads. It shows what is in Raynet; changes are made by asking Chetty in a conversation.
Open the page
Choose Raynet in the left menu. Above the list you see the instance, the number of record types, the requests left for today and what the assistant may do.
Search and sort
- Pick a record type in Record type. Its newest records appear straight away.
- Type a term in the search box and click Search. With no search text, Raynet orders the list newest first.
- Pick an order in Order under Filters: newest first, or a column Raynet can sort by, ascending or descending. Use Previous and Next below the list to move between pages; the order stays.
Raynet matches whole words from their start, so a shorter term usually finds more.
Open one record
Each record is a card with its name, number and status, the owner on the right and its other fields beneath. Click a card to open Detail beside the list. Click Close to hide it again.
Sign in with your own login
By default you work under the company Raynet account. To have your work attributed to you:
- Open the Sign in to Raynet group; it starts collapsed.
- Switch on Use my own credentials.
- Fill in your Username and your API key from Raynet, under User settings → API key.
- Choose Save and test connection. The page says whether Raynet accepted the sign-in.
Leave the key empty to keep the one already saved; a saved key is never shown again. An incomplete login never falls back to the company account on its own.
Switch back to the company account
Switch Use my own credentials off and save. Your key stays saved, so you can switch back whenever you need to. Test saved credentials repeats the connection test without saving anything.
If it does not work
- Nothing found — no record matches. Try a shorter term.
- Could not load from Raynet — Raynet could not be reached. Use the retry button.
- You are not signed in to Raynet yet — the company account or your own login is missing. Ask your administrator, or fill in your own credentials.
- The page says personal credentials are switched off — ask your administrator to allow them.
- Raynet rejected the sign-in — check the username, the key and the instance name.
