Find and resume a conversation

Conversation history lets you return to a saved chat instead of starting over. In web chat, open the conversation switcher from the chat header or sidebar and choose one of your conversations. Your access determines which histories appear; administrator access is not implied by this guide. If you only need a particular chat, search its title or message text rather than browsing page by page.

Open conversation history

Open Conversation history to see your list. The default Mine view shows conversations belonging to your account. Administrators may have All conversations, which can include other accounts; use it only if that access is available to you.

Find the conversation

Use the search field to find a title or matching transcript text. You can narrow the list with Project, Status, Model and Type filters, then sort or move between pages. Filters from different categories narrow results together.

Resume it

Select the conversation row to open it. Its history and saved settings return; a conversation that is still running may reconnect to its live response. You can send a new message when the conversation is ready. If a row is read-only, its message field stays locked and the interface explains why; choose a conversation you can write to instead. The list searches only a limited set of newest transcript matches, so refine the words or filters if an older match is missing. See Brain & Chat for conversation behavior and Long or interrupted chats when a previous response did not finish.
