Find, pause or delete a reminder

Every reminder and every regular summary you own sits on one page, with what it did last time and when it comes next.

Find a reminder

Open Automation in the left menu. Calendar shows what is planned, and the search field above the list finds a task by its Name.

Reminders you set are yours. Other accounts' reminders stay private, and an administrator sees tasks for the whole office next to their own.

Pause or switch on again

Open the task and use the Enabled switch. A paused task keeps its text and its schedule, and it stays quiet until you switch it back on.

This is the right move for work that is on hold for a week. Deleting the task would lose what you wrote.

Run it now

Run now does the work once, right away, and leaves the schedule as it was. Use it after you change the text, so you can read the new version today instead of waiting until tomorrow.

What it did and what is next

In the task itself, Next run shows the next date and time, and the time zone they are read in.

History lists the runs that already happened, with their outcome: Succeeded, Failed or Skipped. Open a run to read its result; if the full text is no longer kept, a preview stays.

Delete a reminder

  1. Open the task from Calendar or History.
  2. Check its Name and its schedule, because two tasks may look alike.
  3. Click Delete job.
  4. Confirm in the dialog.

Deleting is permanent. For a task you only want to stop for now, pause it instead.
