Have Chetty write a letter or a reply
A letter to an office, a reply to a complaint or a request for information. Say who it is for and what it should contain, and Chetty writes the draft.
Say who it is for and what it should say
- Open Chat and click New chat.
- Write who the letter is for, what you want and which dates or reference numbers belong in it.
- Say how it should sound: "formal", "friendly", "short".
- Select Send.
For example:
Write a letter to the municipal office, transport department. I am asking for three more weeks to send the missing documents for my parking permit, reference 2026/451. The deadline is 30 November 2026. Keep it formal and short.
Edit the draft
- Ask for changes in plain words: "Make it one paragraph", "Remove the last sentence", "Replace the amount with 5 000 Kč".
- Add the greeting and the signature in one more message: "Add the greeting and my name at the end".
- Ask for a version for a different reader: "Rewrite it for a colleague instead of an office".
Copy it into your document
The conversation has no copy button. Select the text with the mouse and copy it (Ctrl+C, or ⌘+C on a Mac). On a phone, press and hold the text and choose copy in the phone menu.
Then paste it into Word or into your e-mail.
If it does not work
- The letter is too general. Add the facts: dates, amounts, names and exactly what you are asking for.
- The greeting or the signature is missing. Write "Add the greeting and the signature".
- Only part of the text is copied. Select the letter only, without your own notes in the conversation.
