Stop or correct Chetty while it works

You do not have to wait for a long answer to finish. You can stop it with one click, or send a correction that Chetty picks up while it still works.

Stop an answer

  1. While Chetty works, the Send button beside the message field turns into Stop.
  2. Click Stop. The writing ends and the field is free again.
  3. Read the last line of the answer to see how it ended.

Message field with the Stop button in place of Send

The text Chetty had already written stays in the conversation, so nothing is lost.

Correct it while it works

  1. Type your correction into the message field and send it as usual.
  2. The message appears under the field with Queued beside it.
  3. Chetty reads it at the next suitable moment and takes it into account before it finishes.
  4. If you change your mind, use Remove from queue to take the message back.

Keep the correction short and concrete: "use the April numbers", "not that office, the one in Brno", "shorter, please". A whole second request is better sent as a new message after the answer ends.

After you stop

  • Steps Chetty already carried out stay done. Stopping does not undo them.
  • Work that runs in the background keeps running.
  • You can write "continue" to carry on from what was written, or send the request in another direction.

When it does not work

  • Couldn't stop the reply. Click Stop once more. If it happens again, reload the page; it reconnects to the conversation and shows whether the answer is still running.
  • Could not remove the message. It is still queued for delivery. The message stays in the queue. Wait until Chetty takes it and answer it with a correction, or stop the answer first.
