Search the shop and build a cart
Look up a part in CoraHB by its number or by name, then put the right article in the workshop's cart.
Search the shop
The assistant can search in two ways:
- By number, which is the default: give an article number or an OE number and get the matching products.
- By name, for universal products such as oils, chemicals and tools.
Search results
A single search returns up to 30 results per page, 10 by default.
A batch search takes several numbers at once and returns a short pick of in-stock options for each one: 5 by default and at most 10.
You can narrow the results by brand, by a maximum price excluding VAT, by in-stock items only, and by sort order. For the top aftermarket result the assistant also sees its OE cross-references, which helps when one part replaces several original numbers.
Cart
Ask the assistant to add an article, or several at once. It needs a quantity, and it can take three optional details:
- An OE number to match the article against.
- A basket note of up to 50 characters, which appears in CoraHB.
- A group from a shop search, so several items stay together.
Articles are removed by their article number, not by name. Ask the assistant for the basket to see the subtotal excluding VAT and the total including VAT.
Choose between equivalent parts
When several products match, the preferred brand named in the request comes first. After that the assistant follows the account's Preferred brands list.
The cart card
After every cart change and every order, the chat shows a cart card with what is in the basket.
The CoraHB basket is the source of truth. The card only displays it, so a change made directly in CoraHB shows up as soon as the basket is read again.
