Ask for a chart or a choice
Sometimes a picture says more than a number, and a list of options makes a decision easier. In web chat, Chetty can answer with a small chart, a comparison side by side, or a choice you click.
Ask for it
- Describe the question in a normal sentence and add what would help, for example "compare these three offers in something I can click through".
- Send the message. Chetty answers and puts the small view under the answer.
- Use the view as soon as it appears.
The answer is still a normal answer. The text above the view says the same thing in words, so nothing is lost when you print the conversation.
Explore it or choose
- Some views only explore: sliders, filters and charts that change what you see on the spot.
- Others wait for a decision, such as picking one of several options.
A choice you click goes straight back to Chetty as the answer to its question, so you do not have to write anything. It waits for you even if you reload the page or come back later.
Where it works
Web chat shows the full view. On a phone the same view is smaller but works the same way.
In Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram or Discord you get a short text summary instead of the clickable view. The same happens in a conversation you may only follow, so Chetty always writes the summary too.
The view is separated from the rest of the page: it cannot read your other conversations or anything else in the application.
