Follow Chetty's work in Discord

A longer request takes a while. Discord shows you that Chetty is working, what it is doing, and then one finished answer. The channel does not fill with half-written text.

What you see in the channel

  • 👀 appears on your message when Chetty picks it up, ✅ when the answer is ready, ❌ when something failed.
  • One short message keeps updating while Chetty works. It names the step that is running, for example reading a file or searching.
  • The answer then arrives as one complete message under that progress. Where the channel is set to write answers as they grow, the message fills in instead.
  • A last grey line under the answer holds the model and how much of the conversation the answer used, such as model · 42 %.

Different display in one channel

Your administrator sets how much of the work is shown for the whole server. One channel can differ with the /display command, which only a channel operator may run. So if a busy channel is too noisy for you, or you want to see less, ask the operator or your administrator.

If it does not work

  • Only the operator can change it. Chetty answers 🔒 Only the operator can control the agent here. Ask the channel's operator.
  • Nothing was stopped. Chetty answers 💤 Nothing is running in this channel. The answer had finished already.
  • Only 👀 stays on your message for a long time. Chetty still works, or the bot lost the connection. Wait a moment, then ask your administrator.
