Manage a server installation
Run, stop and update the Chetty services on the machine that hosts the installation.
What these commands cover
These commands belong to the full server installation. The standalone client downloaded to a computer does not have them.
Run them on the machine that hosts Chetty. Selecting a remote instance with ELOWEN_URL does not turn them into remote service controls.

Stop and restart
A normal elowen down requests a graceful stop and waits for the processes to exit. With --force it kills them at once, so running work is abandoned.
elowen restart daemon asks the running daemon to checkpoint recoverable work and restart itself; work resumes after it starts again. If the daemon does not answer, the command falls back to systemctl.
elowen restart web always uses systemctl.
Refresh privileged files
sudo elowen privileged refresh
Run this as root on Linux when a message reports drifted or missing root-owned privileged files, or uninstalled worker units. It reinstalls them from the running release.
When something changed, it stops the privileged worker, waits for its running operations to finish, replaces the files and starts the worker again. If a step fails, the worker stays stopped and the command tells you to run it again.
