Read the activity feed
Activity gives you a running picture of what people and plugins are doing on the instance.
What it shows
The feed records turn activity, sign-in events and plugin events that explicitly publish themselves.
Entries are grouped into short time windows and kept for the configured retention period, 30 days by default. Change that period with Activity log retention under Settings → <assistant name> AI → Runtime → Edit runtime.
What it does not show
The feed is an operational overview, not a complete audit log.
- It shows limited actor, surface, count and tool-summary information, not message text.
- It does not record commands, paths or every request.
- Some older, unattributed, failed or otherwise unrecorded work may be missing.
Note: Account memory changes have their own audit trail in the Memory workspace, scoped to the account that made them.
